the worms

compared to the idea of processed-in-CHINA chicken...............these little guys are looking mighty tasty.  i bet there are a million ways to serve 'm up.  worm stir-fry.  you got worm fritters, fried worms, broiled worms, roasted worms.  maybe i had better start a grub farm too.  roast grub with a balsamic reduction, rolled in grilled scapes, with shallots. or white wine?  algae and cyanobacteria from my water filtration system will supplement my diet, as well as micro-greens, which can be grown indoors in under 3 weeks.
